      CEO Vision, Team Structure, Benefits, Vacation, Salary

      Cons

      Solera is a vicious place to work. For the most part people are very nice and supportive but there are a few people in key leadership roles that do more domineering and controlling than actual leading. Tony is a great leader and he has some interesting ways of leading but when push comes to shove is a generous brilliant business man that rewards hard work. The only problem is some of the people being promoted have completely distorted Tony's leadership style and turned it into something that they can use as a weapon against employees that don't fit their idea of "Solera Culture".

      Pros

      The management vacuum allows to move things quickly. If you dare to bring your ideas to reality, you have big chances to succeed as the know-how at the management level is very low. Don't expect to make big career but you could rise half way up.

      Cons

      If you're looking for a company with clear directions, Solera is not your preferred employer. Everyone is covering his tail and try to not get under the spotlight of the upper management. The "oh so social" Solera in reality is just a money making machine for some few, all other are just peons to move around.
