Pros

- Breakfast on Mondays - Lunch on Fridays - Fridge with Beer - Excellent talented engineers - Good pay (for most)

Cons

- Quality is seen as tech debt. - People are treated as soldiers. - Fear/Blame culture. - R3PI hire some of the best and most experienced people in the industry then babysit, micromanage and force to do what senior management want. - Every week someone has quit or has been sacked (after they point out the failings). - Almost everyone wants to leave or is looking for other opportunities. Some are waiting for it to fail. - Daily time sheets.

Hi, and thank you for your feedback. We encourage an agile fast-paced approach, and we understand not everyone is ready for this type of environment. Over the past few months, we have done a lot of work to ensure we only hire excellence, and that we hire only those with the right mindset who are invested in our team. We've realized in London, contractors dominate the engineering landscape and possess a different mindset - which is why we've been extremely successful in building out our Zurich/Dallas offices over the past few months. We are happy to say today, we have built a very strong team since, ensuring we only hire those with the right mindset and technical capability - and are continuing to grow at rapid rate! We have had very high retention since, so are very optimistic about the team's future, and confident we will continue to thrive. Although you did not have the ideal experience with our team, we wish you the best of luck and success in your future career!

Pros

Snack room was decent. It's sad that the snack room is the only pro I can think of.

Cons

Horrible structure. Rude leadership. Moved to different team because, brace yourselves, other people quit unexpectedly. HR was complacent when senior leaders made the place a hostile work environment. Contract was worded in such a vague way that the "bonus" would essentially never have to be paid. Just a real nightmare. I should've quit on my first day when they "asked" me to be in a different team than originally discussed.
