Cons

Long hours overworked Understaffed Management use fear as a genuine motivation tool Management rewards mediocrity Company wide emails sent by management when members of staff fail to comply with "company standards"

1. Competitive Salaries?? 2. Free soda and snacks, although they threaten to take it away

Cons

1. Old products that are just duct-taped together (at best) 2. Dealing with very old technology 3. Horrible Dev Environment, like herding cattle. 4. HR wont take care of problem employees 5. Communication stinks (from directors down) 6. Management needs some management training on how to keep employees

Free snacks, all the good ones are leaving

Cons

HR will tell you that they are neutral, but beware they are not, if you go to them and talk about the unethical issues or job issues you might end up getting fired. Communication is non-existent, manager plays favorites, and the accounting team is a mess. They are rapidly sinking with their best employees leaving. Corporate is a problem, but honestly, the culture is the worse I have ever seen.
