Pros

Laid Back Environment Nice Customers Good people. Good place to provide new ideas Receptive Management Excellent Work/Life Balance- Low stress.

Cons

Crummy outdated products - They need a serious overhaul. Many depts are people from acquired companies who lack a sense of direction and accountability. Outdated corporate hierarchy and IT infrastructure. Corporate tools are lacking or difficult to use. The Budget limits progress Culture of being Mediocre also limits progress.

Pros

If you are willing to start at the bottom and are good at what you do, you will move up very quickly in this company. If you are lazy and don't want to work you will hate this job. You are expected to work. If you avoid calls you will be gone very quickly. If you don't catch on right away the team leads will bend over backwards to help you until you get it. You just have to have the desire to succeed in this job. Dress code is business casual.

Cons

This is an entry level job and the pay is also entry level, not minimum wage but not much better. Increases are based on how many skills you learn and yearly reviews, although overtime is plentiful much of the year which helps. You also will spend alot of time sitting down.
