Pros

Solera offers fully remote positions for most of the core business, They offer medical, dental and vision and invest in your 401k.

Cons

There are constant issues with the product that leads to unhappy customers and cancellations. Support is subpar, and stretched very thin so turnaround time tends to be longer than it should. Pay is below standards and it doesn't feel like the company is on the side of the employee. When bad decisions are made (there have been many made by ELT) the employees that stick around have to deal with the clean up and angry customers.
