pros is that my job isn't too difficult manager is nice

Cons

cons being that the organization of the company is terrible especially the IT department it takes weeks or months to get a solution from the IT team. pay is low and there is no room for mobility

The accounting team is incredible. Management is amazing. The benefits are great. We are like a big family. 6 amazing Pros Work life balance is great. Working remotely very relaxed 401k,Life, medical and bonuses Management is very supportive Paid time off unlimited within reason Extensive training built for success

Cons

No cons and I say this with all seriousness this is the best job I have ever had.

You get paid on time

Cons

They have removed most benefits: 1) Payout of vacation time at end of job 2) Division parties 3) PTO ("unlimited" vacation...but not in practice. They do limit it!) 4) Raises (technically they gave me less than a 1% raise this year which is a negative raise since inflation wiped out much more than that) 5) Full remote work option 6) They changed 401K option for their benefit without regard to the employee staying invested. 7) They changed HSA bank for their benefit without regard to the employee staying invested.
