Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you did not have a good experience here. As Confucius said, "Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.” I get to see the "beauty" in AudaExplore everyday as I have the opportunity to work with senior management. They are real people, just like you and me. They are laser focused (we call it 80/20 focused) on hitting the companies objectives by serving our customers and our customers customer. They care about their associates, and like a good coach, they push the team to "raise the bar". We are committed to winning and we believe the Solera Way gives us the principles to succeed. We are not perfect, but no place is perfect. The difference is we are not satisfied with that and work everyday to be better. Thank you again for your feedback. Pros

The support team is extremely customer-focused, and dedicated to resolving issues in the first interaction. The Ann Arbor office has fantastic inter-departmental cooperation to this end. High-performance is absolutely key to success at AudaExplore, and those who understand and embrace this fact have excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.

Cons

The core principles can be hard to understand at the lower levels of the company, and can often times be misinterpreted as being too harsh or insulting. The management team has done a good job of training the staff in the Solera Way as of late.
