We aim to create a positive and supportive working environment, allowing employees to work with autonomy but with the support and assistance from management - we're glad you've found this helpful.
We have recently undergone an Agile transformation, and will continue iterating to become as Agile as possible across the business. This also means that we have a flatter structure, allowing for clearer direction and more transparency across the business. Hopefully this will go some way to addressing the concerns you mentioned.
