      Pros

      Innovative products that use a broad range of technologies that have impact on industry - projects offer challenge and job satisfaction. Good co-workers and working conditions (Rickmansworth) - especially if you like fruit, coffee & Muse.

      Cons

      Projects are under-resourced; managers are careful not to pressure teams however some things don't get done quickly enough - you have to look after your own career development. The corporate oversight is a bit disingenuous - common sense repackaged in a fancy bag with some bits missing
