There are a lot of benefits working for cap hpi, one of them really important to me is flexibility. For a mother of 3 kids, I have found it easy to manage my work life and home life since I started here. This is the only company I have worked for which invests in their staff wellbeing and makes sure employees come first. This is a company with a clear business vision, which will make you want to work harder because you feel invested in.

Since leaving home at the age of 16 to join the Army, I have held a number of different jobs. I can say with all honestly that cap hpi is a brilliant company to work for. The management are really supportive and as a result of this I have been promoted 3 times since joining in January 2016- from 1st line support to 2nd line support within customer services, progressing to the development side of the business, initially as a Junior Tester and most recently gaining the role of Software Test Analyst. If you are willing to work hard and go the extra mile, approaching everything on a daily basis with the right attitude, the sky really is the limit.
