Pros
If you are adaptable to change this is a great company to work for. Management are very open with staff and the MD always has time for a chat with those at the bottom of the org chart. You views are always listened to. There is a welcoming family atmosphere. People respect and look out for each other.
Cons
-New technologies need to be embraced by more people within the company. - Everything has to be signed off by the states, if you want to make any changes/improvements business cases can be a long a tedious process. But nothing different from any other company. - We need more staff in the teams, but a bigger building to fit the expanding workforce that we would like.
