Zero support from management, non-existent HR, benefits constantly changing and getting reduced, no pay raises, commission structure is always changing and plans don't get approved until after you have already made your sales (I'm talking months after). Products are lightyears behind where they should be because development is so short staffed and the turn around is so high. You will never get any recognition and don't ever expect to get promoted.
