I don't know any, maybe paychecks on time. But not bonuses - they were delayed and significantly reduced.
Cons
The company's success was built by totally different upper management - they are not working here anymore. Right now Vista Equity Partners (the owner) is forcing massive layoffs across the globe, cutting expenses at every step (even if something is necessary for existence), or stopping any initiative which could benefit customers in long term. This is because nobody from management knows the actual products and needs of customers, they are just Vista's executors. A small group of people who still knows something is too afraid or is no longer listened to. Currently, Solera is just a weak shell that has bare-minimum (or even not) resources to maintain obsolete products. They lost people with the knowledge of how to improve solutions or grow in the market. Without changing a direction in a few years you will see how the company is losing the lead role in favor of competitors. However, Vista is interested only in short-term goals, probably just for selling the company, no matter if they are destroying it in long term or not.
