      Coworkers and the team can be really nice

      There are a lot. Low pay, burn out, micromanaging, meetings every morning that don’t help

      Next to the battery There is not many

      Cons

      Pay is 50k plus 2% commission which is horrible in the industry. Expect to make less than $100 in commission till year 1.5-2. Management runs on favoritism. Every single manager says completely different things. No one is held accountable, 50% of the projects worked on you will have to pass on to someone else and not get credit. If you don’t meet numbers, they will put you on an impossible 2 week plan then fire you. I did well here and it was still not enough to stay. Culture is terrible. Every 9-12 months they fire everyone/ everyone quits and then they hire new people. Recruiters from other companies look down on sales people from Soliant. Not a good look

      The recruiters and team really listened to my needs and the right fits that I wanted for a job.

      I don’t have any cons other than like fighting over best pay.
