Opportunities for growth and commission are kind of limitless if you work hard enough

Cons

Can seem a little disingenuous, you are paid out of the hourly rate that you hire the employees for. Most of positions are with schools so your commission only comes in during the months that school is in.

the work can be repetitive but there is plenty of opportunity. You are given resources and expectations are set to help you succeed in the role. There is internal competition, but that is present in any sales job. you can make 6 figures quickly and earn flexibility. Competitive compensation.

Cons

you have to earn all business, you don't take on any business at hire. the job starts fully onsite, but you earn the option to work from home.
