      Fun place to work, great activities. made some of the best friends, great place for new grad

      Cons

      Lots of competition amongst colleagues, managers show favoritism; base was low years ago but I think its changed

      Soliant is easy to work with. They find the jobs, you do the work. If you don’t like where you are at, they will find another placement.
