Never able to fully have PTO/ FOMO, Pay structure is way behind other companies doing the same exact thing, in the office 100% every day, reactive setting, disdain toward AE's. We hear complaints when people do not want to choose to work more than 40 hours a week.

As a part-time SLP, I was directed mid-year to serve more students per day than allowed by the state board of education. My rep strongly advocated for a few more hours per week to bring my caseload into alignment with state regs, but the request was denied. The cause appeared to be the school district's low level of concern about following state regs, but it made my position more challenging.
