      - Convenient Location - Nice colleagues - Decent base -Do your research and choose wisely.

      Cons

      - The commission is garbage; 2% of the gross margin dollar (practically nothing) - Lack of transparency amongst management - Favoritism - The managers will say one thing to your face and talk negatively behind your back - Younger managers need more training and need to flirt less with Account Executives in the Allied division - Lack of diversity in upper management

      They has great benefit and interactive headquarters relationship.

      Cons

      People fired within my hiring class after a few months was really tragic. A lot of favoritism for those great marketers, and absolutely little to no help for operations. They are prone to a lot of internal changes within a few months.
