      The pro's are acceptable benefits and communication.

      Cons

      The con's are no pay during holiday breaks and low amount of PTO and sick days.

      Great Potential With no results

      Pros

      Community Service, Flex Time Benefits are amazing

      Cons

      No Team work between Sales and Operations, This is a Sales company and all efforts go toward that end. The company seems to foster a them vs Us mentality and line level sales team seems to perpetuate this feeling. While employed I have seen verbal abuse from sales people to the operations team and after reporting to management nothing happens.

      Deserves more than five stars

      Pros

      I’m a little disappointed that they only let me give five stars, because this place is amazing!! I’m surrounded by people that love what they do. This company might not have been the first, but they are the best! There is no magic formula or rocket science to it. The reason why this is such a great place to work for is because the company believes that treating people with respect is more important than anything.

      I really can’t think of any cons.
