Working here has truly changed my life. The team is full of driven individuals that motivate and inspire daily at all levels of staff. Each day is a new opportunity to improve as professional and as a person. I don't have enough words in my arsenal to say all the good things that come to mind when I think about my job and this company, but suffice it to say I'm here for the long haul.

Cons

There aren’t any. This field is mandatory, I have to write something.

-Best training tools and teams! -Awesome cooperative culture that sets a positive tone in the office. -I would recommend anyone apply here, even my closest friends.

Cons

-Working as a recruiter isn’t easy. The hours are long and there’s a lot of demands on your time. It’s definitely not for everybody. -You need to be determined and have a good deal of self discipline to really thrive here.

Pros

I’ve worked as a recruiter for over ten years for a handful of different companies – some better than others. Soliant ranks as one of the more positive experiences I’ve had overall. As with a lot of people, nothing frustrates me more than being pounded over the head by strict methodology and a closed-door office environment. But that hasn’t once been the case in my time at Soliant. Rather, management makes time to critically listen to feedback and real changes are enacted as a result. It’s a much more positive experience as a result.

Cons

Compared to some of my previous work experiences, this one has been a cake walk and I can’t say there are any serious downsides.
