- They are very keen on advancing your skills to get you to the next level. There's a lot of well-deserved rapid growth and it's motivating to see your peers succeed - Learning and development, everyone is given the opportunity to continue to learn and grow in their role - Frequent company events to build a unique corporate culture - Extremely friendly staff, everyone is always kind and willing to help out

Cons

- The expectations are high and management expects everyone to meet them. There are no excuses for shoddy work here.

Entry Level- will higher anyone with a college degree in any area.

Cons

Everything. starting with the pay- it is robbery even for the candidates which we take a high percentage from what the school is willing to pay which is tax finded dollars. Recruiters work their butt off full cycle recruiting and the more you make the more the company keeps. They always take atleast 85% of what you make, minimally. Upon normal pay they take 95% of your commission unless you take a 30k pay cut once you hit a gold shovel-to get higher commission at 5, 10 15% which is a scam. Not to mention commission is taxed at 40%.
