      A well-established company that has a lot to teach employees who are newer to the work force

      Pros

      Unlike other, newer companies, Soliant has been around the block. The company doesn’t waste time trying to figure out how to make a success of their business. They have over 30 years of experience doing exactly that. Instead of learning with a brand new start-up company, working here means you’ll be learning from a successful company that already knows how to make money and keep clients happy.

      Cons

      If you come into the job hoping to change things and make processes/policies more modern or new-age, you’re going to be disappointed. Come with an open mind and a willingness to learn and you’ll have a much better time here.
