Good company. They have a dedicated rep, as one stop go-to person to answer any questions you have. Pay check every week Good insurance Higher salary then being a direct hire

Cons

No insurance during the summer Had some issues with the credentialing dept. in the beginning. Much more extensive then being a direct hire for a district. Once resolved, everything was fine. Don't qualify for public student loan forgiveness working as a contractor instead of working directly for a school district

Pros

I grew a lot during my time at this company. The team was full of great people who were supportive of each other, and management cared about employee success. I never felt like there was a question I couldn’t ask. I don’t think I would’ve moved up as much as I did without the support I received from my amazing colleagues. It really is a great place to work, especially if you’re serious about building a career.

Cons

You take on lots of responsibilities you need must be able to handle the pressure of having people relying on you.
