Soliant consistently has interesting consulting and interim pharmacy leadership roles for me. They work with a lot of health systems in California. The recruiter I have worked with over the years--Andre--is great...he's well networked. He always has my back. No issues. Competitive pay for the most part. They cover my expenses.

Cons

I have a few other licenses besides CA, but it seems like a lot of their engagements tend to be in CA.
