      Pros

      -Recruiter was always honest and upfront with me -Obtained a school-based OT position during a cross country move -Recruiter was always available to help when I had questions

      Cons

      -Don't get paid for snow days, holidays, or breaks -Insurance was so-so (I'm sure there were better options you could purchase! I probably got the cheapest because I was young and generally healthy)

      Awesome company culture (only been there a week) and seems like it offers good growth from within to further your career

      Cons

      Job can be repetitive as your making numerous calls daily, but if you are good at it and a natural salesman it can pay off
