      CF-SLP Experience

      They found a CF supervisor for me.

      Cons

      There was minimal knowledge about being an SLP-CF and what is needed and how many hours are needed for licensure. Provided inaccurate information in regards to Clinical Fellowship (luckily I know about what is needed for a CF year). Wont offer you the best deal. Does not offer incentives like CEU and payment for licensure like other companies. If you are a CF go with a company that specializes in SLP in their CF year and utilize their benefits.

      Pros

      Co workers were nice Helping people in the healthcare industry

      Cons

      If you don't get results in the first month good luck. Not clear communication about expectations between management and staff. A lot of talk about being a family and a close group but you are just a number at the end of the day, don't get it confused.

      Fun environment (most of the time) and flexible

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about you as a person, only what you do for the company. Management talks crap about almost every employee in there. They set unreasonable goals and expectations and micromanage SO bad.
