Best boss I have ever had. He is personable, helpful, fun, and overall a great guy.

Cons

Its clear that they only care about their sales teams and money generators, and the rest fall to the waist side.

1. There were significant issues with getting paid that caused me a lot of stress. At the start of my contract I had to spend several hours of unpaid time phoning my bank and emailing Soliant back and forth before I started getting paid regularly. Recently, Soliant threatened to withhold my pay for work I did the first two weeks of May due to a problem with processing my timesheets that was NOT MY FAULT AT ALL. 2. The hourly wage I'm being paid as an SLP with over 15 years experience is ridiculously low compared to what I've made at other, better contracting companies. Thankfully, this is a short-term contract.
