      Pros

      Great training. Camaraderie. Caring managers. Very involved leadership.

      Cons

      The starting pay is a little low for the responsibility of running a full desk, and no sick time is offered.

      Pros

      Management is always willing to answer questions and help new employees out. Everyone here is very friendly and the company is committed to employees. There are lots of incentives and sales contests to help you meet numbers.

      Cons

      Very focused on numbers and it feels like a revolving door sometimes. Success here really depends on who you know, and what you bring to the table. If you can’t produce results within your first month, you’ll likely be dismissed within 3-months. Management will say you’re fine if you meet your call metrics, but that’s a lie.
