      The hiring managers give all the tools needed to be successful in this industry. The company is proactive in maintaining quality work environment, providing updates with technology helpful to maintain our pace with other companies.

      The recruiter worked hard to find information and secure a position.

      Cons

      When I told the recruiter I wasnt comfortable with terminating a current professional contract, she implied I wasn't appreciative, flexible, or interested enough! I was told to stay by the phone to find out an interview time. I canceled plans , but I was not contacted until the following day.

      Response time with email, quickly set up interview, paid on time

      Cons

      I don't feel like they advocate for therapists, inconsistent proactive communication with the business and therapists, to many miscommunication episodes, unclear information regarding start day, their background system wasn't working which delayed my start date, low pay compared to other companies, did not assist me in prepping for the interview, poor internal communication (I received repeated recruitment phone calls while on the assignment)
