      Pros

      The reps helped me every step of the way, they were extremely kind and understanding. We spoke over the phone and they got me working that same week.

      Cons

      Some of the job sites given are a little further than expected, you have to write out your own time-sheets and get them signed by the site supervisor.

      Wonderful team. Colleagues are inviting and friendly. The company has very strong values, respectable and training is top-knotch.

      Micro managed with taking time off. Not enough support or feedback to help increase success.

      About what you would expect from an Agency

      Pros

      Good Agency to work for. You get what you put into it. If you have a go getter attitude and don't expect management to hand hold your every move then this is a good place for you.

      Cons

      They call it corporate recruiting but it is just another agency. Some employees are snakes and would rather see a job go unfilled then split commissions with another recruiter. Management are mainly puts out fires. Not really there to cultivate or help train you. I saw a lot of young recruiters flounder and fail.
