      Soliant Health is a very professional company that offers various job opportunities in the pharmacy marketplace. The employees that work for Soliant Health are very courteous and provide excellent, timely, focused customer service. They offer competitive compensation that mirrors an individual's experience, education and skill level. Soliant is very fair and flexible with job assignments.

      Currently ...... no issues that come to mind. Company is very fair with all its policies.

      Soliant Health is a great place to work in the role of Account Executive in the staffing industry. The company culture promotes a entrepreneurial environment that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a "hunters" mentality. Account Executives have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and build their business at the individual desk level from day one. Your work-life balance is easily managed and the company creates opportunities for you to volunteer and give back to the community.

      Cons

      There is minimal career growth opportunity. This is not the position for someone who isn't 100% sales-minded. Your colleagues are your competition, along with the other staffing agencies working with the same clients nationwide.

      Pros

      I worked at Soliant Health for 4+ years and the experience was wonderful! Most of the staff had been there for some time and I saw that as a big positive when accepting the position. Teamwork at Soliant was first class---everyone got along very well, both professionally and personally. Also the training I received at Soliant was very good. I came from an IT background and the training by my branch manager was extremely thorough. I would recommend working at Soliant to anyone who’s lucky enough to be offered a job!

      Cons

      The only challenge I saw here was to challenge myself.
