      Pros

      Great training with friendly environment. Umlimited invome potentional if you are surrounded by a good team so you have to be very team oriented. Managers are on you but they are invested in your success. Tremendous core values.

      Cons

      It's a sales organization so it's very competitive and you only have 90 days to get up to speed. Organization is structured and the managers and leadership have high expectations. It's a sink or swim atmosphere.

      Pros

      Soliant Health is a very friendly environment. I always feel welcome when I walk into work everyday by my managers and colleagues. The company is very involved in the community and giving back and I feel accomplished being able to be apart of that. Soliant does offer a great training and continuing education work environment from day one to help you start up and continue growing.

      Cons

      I would say I have a few concerns regarding its reward programs and incentives. With hard work in this jobs comes financial reward. Once you reap the benefits of the financial reward more work is required and much more is involved on many levels. I feel we should be compensated for hitting each individual goal and reaching that next step in addition to what we ultimately earn.

      Pros

      The support/training is excellent. The senior management is always upbeat, supportive and ethical. The pay structure is mostly fair and allows you to determine your own paycheck.

      Cons

      There are some associates who are ignored when they blatantly defy the rules, and that causes resentment and sets a poor example, especially for the new hires. There are also a couple of managers who micro-manage and makes some of the veteran assoicates feel as if theyFind are being treated like children. There is also a situation where we have our "competitors" under our roof from company acquisition; that is awkward, at best.
