Pay (IF you pick higher pay jobs w low cost of living and negotiate) Recruiters - my recruiter was slightly pushy but never pushed me to extend on assignments

Cons

Recruiters - some of them are really pushy and coerce techs to agree to assignments that aren’t actually sustainable You have to be adaptable to other personalities Housing - Airbnb’s cost a fortune now

Nice office, Friendly people, decent culture, many successful people

Cons

They dont teach you. They have no training or mentors that actually dedicate their time to you. They run their business and work full time and then "IF" they have time they will help you. Then you expect you to perform quick too. 30 days to perform.

Great experience for my CFY, I don't necessarily feel the same now that I am licensed.

Pros

Soliant was very helpful in the process of CFY. They reimburse you for your licensure and personally I was set up in a supportive school district with an amazing mentor. I have found that now that I am licensed, when I have requests or questions they are not answered in such a timely manner/ it doesn't seem to take precedent like it previously did.

Cons

I feel like once you are initially placed, the amount of support you receive goes down/you are not as much of a priority anymore.
