Pros

The sky is the limit with commission. Great opportunity to make $$$, even without a college degree. The impact is meaningful. You can genuinely help people. Fun work environment. Lots of socializing. Collaborative work. Extroverts will thrive here!

Cons

Company is greedy. Everyone should be making more money. Money comes from commissions, not base salary. The market changes so much. Exhausting. And you cannot control the market or making deals, but they will directly impact your pockets. They keep the top sales people. Everyone else, don’t get too comfortable. Work life balance is non-existent if you want to make $$$.

Pros

Let me start by saying that they only received 3 stars from me because my direct connection with the company (my recruiter person) was amazing. He reached out consistently and was incredibly receptive and always there to help and provide support. My issues were with the company as a whole. They helped me found a job that I really liked, but the way things were set-up just makes working for them unsustainable.

Cons

No PTO- incredibly difficult when you're working in the schools DURING COVID Mental Health is excluded in their health insurance- so we can provide services, but we basically can't get our own. Speaking of mental health, their EAP is a joke....for mental health, it's, like a bunch of PDFs and a crisis line...which you can ALREADY reach for free without the EAP. Health care isn't great, but I guess they at least provide it at low cost. If you're in the schools, you don't get paid during breaks like everybody else does. Even after your contract, they force the district you're working for to buy you out if you continue working there. I ended up not staying, because my school said I'd have to stay 3 years OR pay part of the buyout fee.

Pros

Outside work events and holiday celebrations.

Cons

Management is super unprofessional. Nepotism is HUGE at this company. If you expect to advance in your career and move into leadership here, DON’T. Management is on a warpath to fire recruiters before they can quit to make the company look better. The turnover rate for first year workers is HORRENDOUS. There’s a reason why the company poaches on college new grads.
