      Just Don't

      Pros

      I learned a lot because I had a wonderful direct manager who took the time to teach me.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about your wellbeing. They will do whatever it takes to save a buck. I had a terrible work life balance and I was struggling financially due to low pay. I worked here during the covid crisis and had to work insane amounts of over time to get my job done well. No "thank you", no raises to anyone on our team, only pats on the back to the sales floor. Typical for a staffing agency. Take care of yourself by not working here.

      Know Your Job Standards

      Speech language pathology assistant (slpa)

      Pros

      Soliant pays weekly and sets you up with a school district.

      Cons

      Soliant is unaware of the standards that are needed for SLP-As, although they preach that they are there to support you in anything licensure-related. You have to be your own advocate and know your profession's standards based on your state.
