The only pro working here is the bond that you'll create with other account executives over the trauma, stress, and dumb decision-making that Soliant makes.

Cons

The pay is not great for the amount of work and stress that you will have to deal with that will be out of your control, the leaders aren't great, and the company caters to the needs of Vistria, the company that bought them out. The turnover rate is most likely above 70% which is insane. Do not work here. In my time of being here, I've seen countless great people quit so early on because of the way Soliant is as a company.

None this place is a militant pyramid scheme to under pay healthcare workers

Cons

They target kids fresh out of school over work and under pay they lie and say its recruiting but its really sales avoid at all cost

Growing office with lots of potential

Pros

The office is located in a prime location on the river in downtown Greenville, The team is eager and growing. The education market is a fullfilling industry to be in.

Cons

The team is pretty new. We are all learning together. The HQ is in Atlanta and that can feel like a disadvantage.
