      Pros

      The recruiter worked hard to find information and secure a position.

      Cons

      When I told the recruiter I wasnt comfortable with terminating a current professional contract, she implied I wasn't appreciative, flexible, or interested enough! I was told to stay by the phone to find out an interview time. I canceled plans , but I was not contacted until the following day.

      Pros

      good for new college grads, good work and personal life balance, fun office activities

      Cons

      the pay is really not great, even when you get to a point where you are doing really well the amount of work you have to do to get there is undercompensated and not competitive with the market, company got too big too fast and is not focused on the value of the employees in office, mostly focused on the contracted employees

      Pros

      -Met a lot of decent human beings -Solid overall work experience and exposure to the recruiting field -40 hours per week just don't make the mistake of staying after hours or working around the clock at home on your deals- which is essentially required to make deals.

      Cons

      -Just tell new hires it's in a cubicle and you'll call all over the country with lots of outbound and not a ton of inbound from the masses. -Essentially you are tasked with blowing people up and harrassing them to get business. -Merkey vision and values with changovers. Could not stand the "shovel" accomplishment model. -Auditing number of calls per day is petty and not representative of what each person is doing.
