Not enough pay for work that is expected. Its corporate, so Lies told in every department of management. (do not expect to make the amount of money they speak about to at least your 2nd year and that can drop if you lose candidates)

At Soliant, you get to determine your success. By setting goals and working hard everyday, you have direct impact on what you can accomplish. As a recruiter, you are able to make an impact in your community hospitals/schools and nation wide. At the heart of it, we get to make life better for those who makes lives better on a daily basis, that feels good. Our culture is one that values and rewards hard work, we celebrate the big and small. You are surrounded and encouraged daily by a team of colleagues and managers that really want you to succeed.

Cons

No real cons-just that recruiting and metrics based jobs aren't for everyone. The drive/motivation must come from within but you are supported by a great team of colleagues who will help motivate you.
