Pros

You have the ability to change your life financially and professionally. Character is highly valued at Soliant. 1. Meaningful Impact: As an education staffing company, we have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students and educators. By providing therapists to school districts across the United States, we contribute to improving the quality of education and facilitating the growth of students with special needs. 2. Flexibility: Working at an education staffing company often offers a degree of flexibility. With diverse assignments in various school districts, employees have the chance to explore different settings, gain valuable experience, and potentially choose placements that align with their preferences. 3. Networking and Professional Growth: This industry allows for valuable networking opportunities. Collaborating with multiple school districts and educational professionals, therapists can expand their professional connections and acquire knowledge from a diverse range of experts. Additionally, this exposure to different environments enhances professional growth and fosters personal development.

Cons

This job take effort and resilience. You get out what you put in. If you are not willing to work hard, you will not see results. 1. Uncertainty of Assignments: One challenge of working for an education staffing company is the uncertainty that comes with changing assignments. While flexibility can be a pro, it may also mean frequent transitions between school districts, which can sometimes disrupt work routines and require adjustment periods. This takes patience and effort. 2. Increased Administrative Responsibilities: Working in education staffing often involves managing administrative tasks related to licensing, credentialing, and documentation for each assignment. These additional responsibilities can be time-consuming and may require extra effort to ensure compliance with various regulations.
