Pros

Soliant provides the tools and training to succeed, and you’re surrounded by people who have personal drive but who are also willing to take time help others grow. Over the years, I’ve seen so many people’s lives transformed professionally, personally and financially. Throughout the company and up to the highest levels of leadership I see personal humility and a “let’s get it done” attitude regardless of title or tenure.

Cons

If you’re not willing to work hard to constantly learn and stretch yourself, you may not feel like you fit in. It’s a performance culture where expectations and high, but not unreasonable.

Great benefits, A culture unlike any other company, great leadership. This is a company who cares for their employees careers and well being. Hands down, the best company to work for.

Cons

I have not come across any downsides.
