      Okay work environment, people are always willing to help

      They only care about the numbers- how many phone calls you make, how many people you connect with on the phone, how many presents for an interview you have per week, etc. Because they are so concerned about the numbers, it seems as if they don't care for their employees. Their employee turnover rate is crazy high- they have new hires every month, which doesn't make any sense to me.... also senior account executives and management only care about themselves.

      Soliant has great employees that really care about you! I did an assignment through them and all the paperwork was handled very quickly and diligently and I was able to start my job right away. My point of contact was Ileana Hernandez and she personally called and checked on me before and after I started my assignment. They always provided me with resources very quickly whenever I had any concerns such as insurance. They even sent me a Starbucks gift card for pharmacy week:) I cannot be more satisfied with their professionalism and compassion. Love this company!
