When things first started, the culture and the people made Solid Commerce a great place to work. You can wear a lot of hats and learn a lot about ecommerce.
Cons
Definitely on a downtrend. They don't pay people what they are worth, get rid of talent and hire people who don't learn the platform, or have an interest to. This makes it hard to retain real talent that can't learn from any valuable sources. No good training material either.
Had multiple rounds of layoffs.

We're very happy with the team we have built including those that have recently joined the team. We always wish teammates that move on to new opportunities the best of success. Contrary to the above review, we haven't had any recent layoffs and we're in great position in the market. The people at Solid Commerce continue to make it a great place to work.
Documentation of every decision and decision making process to ensure that business is on its right path.
Cons
Expects results without providing basic support.
You are at the mercy of the c-level guys with changing directions at their whim - documentation is necessary.
Solid Commerce Response

Solid Commerce is a highly collaborative work environment that is indeed driven by process management and documentation that helps drive insights and decision making. We encourage all team members to express their opinions and make recommendations on how to continuously improve the business. The above review says that it is submitted by a current employee in the role of Director of Business Development. There is no person on staff in that role at Solid Commerce at this time.
Wonderful fellow employees, casual atmosphere, Friday lunches and Beer O'Clock, good benefits
Cons
Lack of organization and consistency in dealing with clients, sexism in the work environment, profound lack of communication between management and staff, employees were laid off without prior notice after having been recently told that the company was doing well
