Everyone is happy to help each other out. We have Friday lunches catered in for free every week. Management really cares about employees and their well-being. It's fast-paced and you have to be willing to not be afraid to tread in unknown territory on a regular basis. There is so much growth opportunity, not only in your literal position, but in the skills you will need to advance in your career.

You have to make sure to not let stress get to you- When you are managing accounts for clients and their livelihood as it stake, it can be difficult to remain calm in the face of real-life consequences when clients have difficulties with the software.
