Pros

Very little positive to say

Cons

One bad business decision after another, but God forbid anyone speak up. Supposed start up company with the old school mindset coming from Intel and WD. Millions wasted on pointless initiatives which has caused many people their jobs. Executive leaders have shown zero remorse, Now heading into the third round of layoffs.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, decent salary, great coworkers/peers, great insurance

Cons

Manager was almost impossible to reach despite having a small team. Goals and roadmap were constantly being blown up as efforts were killed or canceled, but management still held you accountable for completing work that got canceled. Constant threat of layoffs being announced months before action taken, leaving everyone frazzled.
