Cons

Sk hynix hired start-up people instead of m&a people who subsequently failed to recognize that the Intel people thought they were still Intel. Culture ate strategy.

Cons

every quarter , higher management is changing roadmaps no increments to employees from past 2 years lot of budget cuts every quarter there is 15-20%layoff
