Pros

Salary was good but not worth the exhaust they put you through.

Cons

Management was awful. No one cared about the staff and the environment they put us in. We were asked to pack and move without notice. It’s the worst place I’ve ever worked.

Pros

Good pay Decent work life balance

Cons

No clear directions of what they want to do Expect too much from employees and ask them to bend over backwards when what they are asking is questionable Easily shifts the blame to the lowest ranking team when it wasn’t their fault in the first place They have one major restructuring leaving many teams understaffed, and said they did not expect any more, yet have another restructuring approximately a month later Care more about brand image than being an operational clinic. It’s usually aesthetic over functionality They mislead members by advertising as an ER, when in fact it is closer to an urgent care, which is very dangerous A horrible experience when you need to turn down those who are seeking urgent care and let them know the costs and feeling like a horrible person after doing so, especially when they are in need

Deceiving and manipulative

Pros

The pay is reasonable. Unlimited covid testing, learning different programs and speaking with celebrities. When it is not busy, members are happy.

Cons

They speak kindly to manipulate you into working additional hours. Perks are only to somewhat reduce the turnover rate, but it hasn’t worked. Membership increases daily, however it is no longer a walk-in clinic. Members are expected to schedule their walk in’s. Clinics are consistently over capacity or short-staffed. Employees keep leaving, while current employees are overworked. The Sollis website is false advertisement.
