Poor Leadership

Pros

- Interesting idea - Good Marketing team - Solid business strategy

Cons

- Lack of qualifications in the upper leadership (C-suite). - Leadership does not care about employee, they only care about signing up famous people for membership. - This results in bad company culture, due to unqualified leadership and lack of trust that the employees have in their leadership. - High employee turnover (they know how to hire top talent but cannot retain them). - No diversity of any kind was promoted here

Great Staff, Bad Management

Pros

Amazing clinicians who really care. The employees are dedicated.

Cons

Hired a lot of upper management and a full HR team who do nothing to help the clinics or employees. It's all a rat race for them to see who can get to the top by having lower-level employees do the work for them.

Pros

You get a nice laptop and phone when you work from home but that’s about it.

Cons

Overworked, no structure. And in reading other reviews it’s actually true about the lunch breaks. Sad that the higher-ups who all work from home have zero clue what happens in clinic. There’s been several times at the UES and the popup at 58th st specifically where it’s so busy you cannot eat or take a 30 minute break so it’s sad that their reply to another review was basically saying it was a lie. How about you actually investigate the situation before calling your staff liars? Even the first few days you train the front desk coordinators seem scared or on edge about eating. I’ve seen people sneak their food at the front desk during their shift cause there’s literally no time to stop and enjoy it. They’re more concerned with appeasing their founder Dr. Kruger and the rude members.
