-work can get distributed unevenly -upper management doesn't consult with lower level employees before implementing major changes which can cause a huge disconnect

Salary was good but not worth the exhaust they put you through.

Cons

Management was awful. No one cared about the staff and the environment they put us in. We were asked to pack and move without notice. It’s the worst place I’ve ever worked.
