Deceiving and manipulative

Pros

The pay is reasonable. Unlimited covid testing, learning different programs and speaking with celebrities. When it is not busy, members are happy.

Cons

They speak kindly to manipulate you into working additional hours. Perks are only to somewhat reduce the turnover rate, but it hasn’t worked. Membership increases daily, however it is no longer a walk-in clinic. Members are expected to schedule their walk in’s. Clinics are consistently over capacity or short-staffed. Employees keep leaving, while current employees are overworked. The Sollis website is false advertisement.

Pros

Great business model, inspiring product, huge potential, rapid growth, passionate workforce, disruptive space, strong overall management across levels of the organization, incredible medical experience, patient centric care, high level of attention on member experience across clinical and service teams. Sollis is filled with medical practitioners who care who are, in turn, supported by a work force who also cares.

Cons

Work/ life balance could improve now that the pandemic is ending. Sollis is 24/7 but its employees are not and the lines sometimes get blurry.

Poor Leadership

Pros

- Interesting idea - Good Marketing team - Solid business strategy

Cons

- Lack of qualifications in the upper leadership (C-suite). - Leadership does not care about employee, they only care about signing up famous people for membership. - This results in bad company culture, due to unqualified leadership and lack of trust that the employees have in their leadership. - High employee turnover (they know how to hire top talent but cannot retain them). - No diversity of any kind was promoted here
