Pros

Actually do make their decisions around their core values - customers, employees, and community. They hire talented people that others want to work with.

Cons

Most of the work is done at the client. They try to take commutes into consideration, but timing wise, there are times where a commute may be longer than desired.

Pros

Passionate people to work with. Recruiting does an excellent job finding high level talent that want to see customers succeed. Culture, Community, and Clients is their focus. Fun company events every quarter or more. They pay Market or higher.

Cons

Office location is in Golden Valley and I live in south metro. Company is small enough to know everyone but it is consultings so client sites are all over the metro and not all the employees are as engaged to show up for company events so I don't get to meet everyone and it's growing fast.
